Cancellation

For lodging accommodations, we recommend that you contact us as early as possible as local lodging goes fast. We offer Fisherman cabins up to deluxe accommodations for our guest.

Reservations may be secured by credit or debit card over the phone. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover Card.

Prior to making your reservations, you must complete the following short form. It just takes a moment and protects both you the client and Kenai Cache from any future misunderstandings.

    Cancellations Reservation Cancellations outside of 60 days will receive a 90% refund and within 60 to 30 days a 50% refund. Cancellations within 30 days of scheduled trip due to documented legitimate (death in family, medical etc) emergencies or severe weather (determined by the operator) can be transferred or rescheduled within a year of original date.
